Our Process

1. Once you contact us, we will reach out to you to ask for pictures of the area(s) you would like to discuss.

2. After we receive your pics, a phone call is scheduled to discuss your project options and budget.

3. If we are aligned on scope and budget, an initial meeting is scheduled. This is the point where we come and gather measurements.

4. We do charge for formal written proposals, but that payment is applied toward your project if you choose to continue with us. Accurately understanding your needs and wants along with coming up with solutions, and calculating the costs involved is a time-consuming process and can take hours or even days to assemble and effectively communicate in writing. Proposals begin at $150.00 for bathrooms, and go up to $1000.00 for complete home renovations, depending on the complexity of the project and the scope of work included in the proposal. If architectural renderings are required, they will be at an additional cost.

For interior/exterior paint, a $50.00 charge for a formal proposal is applied toward the project cost if you choose us.
